Perhaps Da-Lite should take a moment and write up simple & clear instructions. Just the most difficult to comprehend instructions if you've never before put one up. Looks like a good screen. 'lift picture surface by pull bail and hook over gooseneck'. Youtube is where I went. and it was up in a flash. wah. Still, all in all, a good price & a nice screen, 5*.
My only complaint is that this product's design has been around for as long as I can remember. It's relatively lightweight, easy to transport, and you really can't beat the price. Da-Lite wrote the book on these screens and this one is no exception. Isn't it about time for something new and a little easier and lighter. Images are very crisp and the size works great for a small to medium sized audience. I went with this model only after there really wasn't anything else in its price range that was easier to set up. Pulling this, putting the metal peg in that. there's got to be a better way. Here's a wish to Da-lite to put some money into R&D and come up with a product that doesn't remind me of setting up my 1970's era home movie projector :).
After shopping around, this was the best deal I found on projector screen. When it came, it was also a well made product.
The screen works just fine. It was just what I wanted at a reasonable price
The brightness of the screen enhances the view of the images being displayed. We've watched Power Point presentations, DVD's, etc. The screen is very easy to set up.
